]]> When you think of modeling agencies, you mostly imagine skinny young girls and boys, right? Well, there’s a modeling agency determined to change the standards by featuring people aged 45 and older.

The name is appropriate – Oldushka. The agency is based in Russia and they are responsible for finding their models jobs. These radiant people in their 60s, 70s and 80s are promoting fashion and all kinds of other things to their generation.

The agency was founded by photographer Igor Gavar, who has previously had a project also named Oldushka, featuring the style of older people on his blog.
