Wer is an Award-winning artist who managed to turn pumpkin carving into an art. Under his brand, The Pumpkin Geek, he creates detailed carvings of pop culture characters, athletes, musicians, and much more. The best thing of all is that his pieces last forever, as he uses faux pumpkins.

According to Wer, it all started in 2009 when his wife asked him to do a carved pumpkin for her office party. His first try was a success, and he was hooked on carving ever since.

“It was a simple logo and script and was a big hit at the Open House.  Soon I had about 35 orders for business logos and even children’s portraits!  Not even knowing what I was doing, The Pumpkin Geek was born,” says Wer.
