]]>The Ukraine-based food artist can use everything that she finds around her and that is edible – from fresh fruits and vegetables including kiwis, blueberries, raspberries, broccoli, peas, and carrots to uncooked colorful pasta, pancakes, and waffles. Kossar sometimes tends to use flower petals and fabrics, but in general, her creations are based on food.
After choosing the ingredients, she takes on the next step – preparing a foundation for the arts, which is usually a white or black plate and then she begins to develop her food creations that can take from a day to a whole week. After finishing the artworks, she takes pictures with her camera and shares the photos on her Instagram profile. In the end, we guess she eats them because you can’t just sit by and look at them – they look yummy!
