Matt Bendetto is a product designer who lives in Burlington, Vermont. In his spare time, he enjoys designing products that solve the most difficult problems in the world that don’t exist. “My collection on unnecessary inventions is filled with products that no one is asking for but I have taken it upon myself to bring these products to life,” he says.

Scroll down to see the things he creates. Even though you may be tempted to find a use for some of his inventions, Benedetto is convinced that they are all “completely and utterly unnecessary.”
