]]> In 2017, British artist Lucy Sparrow opened a temporary installation 8 ‘Til Late in Manhattan, which was basically a convenience store filled with handmade felt items. A year later, she had enough items to open an entire supermarket, so that’s what she did.

Sparrow’s supermarket is located in Downtown LA and filled with replicas of everyday items. Numerous shelves contain many different brands of bagged food, canned food, frozen food, etc. There’s also ‘fresh’ produce and all types of drinks.
