“Painting all kinds of monsters is my passion. I’m always looking for inspiration to create stranger and more unique creatures,” the artist shared on Bored Panda. “One of my inspiration methods is to outsource the process of developing ideas by using other people as inspiration. I’ve asked various people to give me random adjectives and I paint monsters based on the given words.”

To create her art pieces, Lindvall uses different types of mediums, like watercolor, colored pencils, and a black brush pen.

She posts her images onto her social media accounts, Instagram and Facebook, but you can check out her work on her personal website, as well.

Zuzana needs around three hours per drawing and she usually makes one every day. She does her work using the Procreate app on an iPad, but the glow of her cute monsters still looks like magic to us. On her Instagram profile, in story highlights, she even answered the question about how she creates that glow – “by using blending modes: add, color dodge and color burn” – but it doesn’t take any of the magic away from them.
