Israel Dilean, in particular, thought it was a good idea to create 3D renditions of pop culture characters, because, why not?

For 232 straight days, Dilean redesigned at least one character per day to practice 3D painting.

Soon enough, Israel had created hundreds of 3D renditions of, not just pop culture characters, but also of his friends, other original characters suggested by his followers, as well as a couple of original characters that he came up with.

Regardless of wherever the character originated from, we all can certainly agree that his 3D renditions are top-notch and worthy of praise.
