Creating a logo can make or break a business.

On one hand, a bad logo can turn away customers based off of first impressions alone. on the other hand, a great logo will keep customers interested, even if the products and services offered are not nearly as good as compared to others.

Such is the reality of the marketing world.

This is why many companies spend a lot of money making sure that their logos are as striking as possible while also being representative of their brand. Shibu PG, who is a designer based in Kochi, India, has an interesting take in logo creation, combining two different objects to create a unique logo that matches with whatever brand is looking to have one made.

It’s a creative decision that Shibu PG pulls off rather perfectly, thanks to his keen eye for detail and innate talent.

The visual identity making of this personal brand was quite challenging. My expedited research to cognize the concepts of time-lapse and videography including the history and techniques involved, helped me to appreciate the amount of efforts that go into a seemingly effortless transition of beauty in time. I found it the most impressive and exciting way of showcasing prolonged elegance in an ephemeral manner. This insight highlighted the importance of incorporating time and visual marvel in substantiating your logo. Thereby prompting me to adopt the elements of ‘eye’ and ‘hourglass’. The eye in the middle of the logo enunciates the divinity of the eye-catching effect of incidents as captured by the eye of the camera, which is merged with the hourglass that symbolizes the lapse in time. The multilayered effect created by the borders of the hourglass essentially outlines the time frame of evanescent events witnessed by the eye. . . #logotype #hourglass #logo #eye #photographer #typography #photography #logomark #logodesigns #logodesigner #logodesignlove #timelapse #identity #design #graphicdesign #cinematography #branding #icon #illustration #illustrator #art #minimal @minimallogo @logoexcellent @thedesigntalks @logogrid #logogrid @logoinspirations @logosinspiration @logodaily #logonew #logoinspirations #supplyanddesign #mark @logonew #logopose @negativespacelogos @logoroom #logoprocess @negativespacelogos @negative_space_logos @logotutorials #learnlogodesign @learnlogodesign @behance @designspiration

For the project creation of Giftty fully immersed emotions are involved, it can be a word of thanking, a feeling of happiness, or a sensation of affection. The line which marks it all – A 'Gift', is the main thread of this identity. It doesn't cover the whole story, what about the pursuit of giving and receiving and the zeal of spirit of the giver and receiver? We needed a togetherness of these for a completion. The form that connects from inside could express it. So the element which I could find to suit best was in the form of a 'hug'. These key elements were in extreme entity when coming to designing, so the most challenging was the merging of a thing and an expression in a faultless blend and balance. Lucky, I have achieved in creating the perfect flawless mixture which is quite an abstract style and brings curiosity to the viewers. With that, I have expanded a fully customized typography for the brand name to match the design. Aside from giving a brand message, its color palette could reveal the mood. Very fun and happy colors are chosen for this project, to avoid maximum dullness. Even though you had suggested some exact numbers, I found it to be less vivid for the brand Let me know your thoughts! . . #gift #hugs #logo #hug #logomark #logodesigns #logodesigner #logodesignlove #symbol #identity #design #graphicdesign #happy #branding #icon #illustration #illustrator #art #minimal @minimallogo @logoexcellent @thedesigntalks @logogrid #logogrid @logoinspirations @logosinspiration @logodaily #logonew #logoinspirations #supplyanddesign #mark @logonew #networks @negativespacelogos @logoroom #logoprocess @negativespacelogos @negative_space_logos @logotutorials #learnlogodesign @learnlogodesign @behance @designspiration
