When life gives you a pack of blueberries, you make a smoothie or a blubbery muffin. But what do you do when life gives you $700 worth of blueberries? This is a question that TikTok user and book writer Jason Pinter recently had to figure out.

In a viral video shared on TikTok, Pinter explained that he recently made a typo in a grocery delivery order online and was delivered $700 worth of blueberries. The clip shows two big bags full of blubbery containers sitting on his floor.

“So what should I do with all these? Pie? Jam? Stomp on them and make blueberry wine?” Pinter asked his social media followers.

TikTok users were quick to share some suggestions in the comments section. A number of them suggested Pinter should return the blueberries, while others advised him to freeze them for later use. On the other hand, some simply used the opportunity to crack some jokes.

“I wish I could afford to accidentally spend $700 on blueberries,” one TikToker wrote.

“This would bankrupt me,” another added.

Pinter has yet to share an update about what happened with all the blueberries, but we really hope they didn’t go to waste and that he managed to use them all.

Real estate agents are known to use various tactics in order to swing the market in their favor and outsmart the buyers. Just recently, one realtor organized a buyer tour for a house that wasn’t even for sale. Unfortunately for him, the homeowner captured the event on camera and later shared it on TikTok.

TikTok user @honeysmyguarddog recently uploaded a clip from her Ring camera that shows a real estate agent pulled up to her driveway. He rings a bell, but no one opens since the homeowners are at work and the kids are at school. Soon, potential buyers join the realtor, and together they start inspecting the outside of the house.

@honeysmyguarddog is watching this on her phone and activates the alarm. The group returns to the front, after which the realtor enters the house through the back door and lets others in. They spend around 20 minutes going through the rooms before walking out.

“Now, mind you, my dog is home. Apparently not a very good guard dog, but she’s home,” the TikToker user explains in a voice-over.

@honeysmyguarddog Had I not had a Ring camera I would never have know this happened at all!! #ringdoorbell #houseforsale #realestatescrewup ♬ Oh No – Kreepa

The original video, which already hit 17 million views, was followed by a part. 2 that shows the police arriving just in time to catch the realtor. The homeowner also comes shortly after, and the officers enter the house to check for stolen items.

@honeysmyguarddog Part 2 of the day the real estate agent showed my house even though it’s not for sale. #ringdoorbell #houseforsale #realestate ♬ Oh No – Kreepa

In a couple of subsequent videos, @honeysmyguarddog explains that the realtor apologized for his actions and explained it was all misunderstanding. According to his story, he was supposed to show the neighbor’s house, who told him to enter through the backdoor.

The TikTok user also added that the police said they could do nothing and that she would have to be satisfied with an apology.
