]]> Jakub Wencek is a talented self-taught photographer and nature lover from Milicz, Poland who loves taking wonderful forest pictures. The artist, who mainly focuses on nature, landscape and forest photography, explores the forests of Poland in hope to capture fantastic photos of trees.

“The forest accompanies me from an early age,” Wencek wrote on his Facebook page. “It was always close to me, but I often did not see its beauty. Everything changed the day I realized that these wonderful views are reserved for only a few people. Then I began to discover the forest again, take photos and share these exceptional frames. Then the forest fully opened to me in front of these extraordinary views…”

Wencek shares his work on his Instagram account where he has attracted over 8,000 followers.

New Generation Nowe pokolenie 2019. Co roku leśnicy w Polsce sadzą ok. 500 mln nowych drzew, to prawie #1000drzewnaminutę Gdyby wszystkie sadzonki  posadzić w jednym rzędzie to miałyby one długość z Ziemi na Księżyc i z powrotem, a po zsumowaniu ich powierzchni można by było obsadzić prawie 75 tys. boisk piłkarskich. Gatunki drzew do odnowień i zalesień leśnicy dobierają zgodnie z siedliskiem, wybór gatunków dyktują warunki środowiska i dlatego sadzimy drzewa takie jakie powinny naturalnie rosnąć na danej glebie (na piachach głównie sosnę, tam gdzie wilgotniej dęba, buka a tam gdzie bardzo mokro np. olchę) Dzięki temu las jest bardziej odporny na zagrożenia.
