The post Christmas Argument about “Wicked” and Alien Drones Goes Viral appeared first on PlayJunkie.
]]>In a viral clip shared on social media, one TikTok user captured a heated debate between two family members about the connection between Wicked and alien drones.
In the video, the user can be seen trying not to laugh while two voices argue in the background.
“Are you kidding me John? A green woman sings about defying gravity and a week later there’s alien drones all over the sky? And think that’s a coincidence “one family member can be heard saying.
The “alien drones” is likely a reference to recent “mysterious” drone sightings in New Jersey that turned out to be a coincidence of commercial drones, hobbyist drones, and law enforcement drones appearing in the sky in a larger frequency.
“It’s a metaphor, she’s defying the constraints of her society,” another responds.
“Soft disclosure, look it up,” the first person adds.
The argument not only entertained the poster but also other TikTok users, who compared the argument to the comedy Step Brothers, which stars Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly.
“Why does he kinda sound like Will Ferrell and give off Step Brothers vibes?,” one TikToker commented.
“they sound like those 2 guys in Stepbrothers,” another added.
“Is that John C Reilly? “Soft disclosure, look it up” is giving step brothers,” someone chimed in.

]]>Grande and Erivo are currently gearing up for the release of the highly-anticipated musical Wicked, set to hit the theaters on November 22. They did a cover story for Vanity Fair as a part of the promo and agreed to take part in the magazine’s iconic lie detector test.
Like many celebrity lie detector tests in the past, this one immediately went viral, especially after several popular social media pages such as Pop Crave and Pop Base shared individual clips from the interview. One of them saw Grande shutting down plastic surgery rumors she faced over the years, and it’s been seen by over 11 million people on X, formally known as Twitter.
Some of the questions that Grande was asked were pretty random, such as does she thinks that the Moon Landing and the Illuminati are real. Others were more connected to her career, such as how she feels about her fans and have she ever wanted to confront anyone who impersonated her.
