Jokes aside, this sweet little house looks like a dollhouse, but it is not a toy. Instead, it’s a practical home decorated with love and care. The little wheelhouse is a perfect example of what a homemade home can look like if you put your skills and imagination to work. 

Dolly from Victoria, Australia designed a functional tiny home with stairs leading to the sleeping area. She also has a hidden storage area, whereas the lower part of the house has a small kitchen and bathroom. 

After living in Melbourne, Dolly decided to move away from the hustle and bustle of the city and built her small house on a farm. From the outside, it looks like a camp trailer, but as they say – you should never judge a book by its cover. 

Her tiny home is perfectly suited to her height, with enough room for movement and even yoga. The small and practical kitchen is decorated brightly with added plants that invite nature inside.

17-year-old Caroline Helsen is one of them. She started sewing custom clothes for her dolls when she and her sister were younger. Today, she’s a model and runs the Instagram page McCarbie, where she shares photos of her Barbies dressed copying outfits from the runways.

“I started making doll clothes when I was 13 years old, at the time me and my younger sister still played with dolls,” Caroline says says. “We really disliked all the pink, glittery outfits the Barbies wore, so I started making cooler outfits that reflected more what I wanted to wear, designer outfits. I taught myself how to sew and with a lot of patience I ended up sewing the way I do now.”
