Vanessa Barragão comes from Portugal, and she creates some beautiful tapestry, and she gets her material from discarded industrial waste. She was raised in the coastal city of Albufeira. Most of her artworks are inspired by underwater plants, coral reefs and animals. These three are also the most common themes in the amazing tapestry she creates.

This artist started working from her studio 5 years ago while she was a master’s degree student at the University of Lisbon. This was where she mastered the art of creating beautiful tapestries. Concha Garcia Zaera developed a love for Microsoft Paint when her husband became ill and she had to spend a lot of time staying at home. She started by painting houses and then adding mountains to each painting. As time passed, she started to add more details and the results are amazing.
