This old recipe is interesting, but this recipe will surely give your taste buds something to daydream about. The Kimchi fried scotch egg is not just attractive; it is very tasty. It is also quite easy to prepare. It is basically the same scotch egg recipe, but it has an oriental twist to it. The egg is made using the soft boiled method. This ensures that the yolks are still runny despite being fried in a deep fryer. It is a lot like the soft boiled egg of the Japanese but with a custard-like texture.

Adding kimchi makes it even better!! <Kimchi Fried Rice Scotch Egg> – ▪ INGREDIENTS: Egg, 2 Tbsp Kimchi, 1 Tbsp Sugar, 2 Tbsp Ham, 1 Tbsp Red Pepper Paste, 1 Ready-To-Eat Rice, Little Bit Of Sesame Oil, Flour, Egg, Panko – ▪ DIRECTIONS: 1. Add salt to boiling water and boil egg for 5 minutes, then rinse in cold water immediately. Remove the shell. 2. Oil and heat up the pan. Stir fry 2 minced kimchi with 1 Tbsp sugar. Add 2 Tbsp minced ham, ready-to-eat rice with 1 Tbsp red pepper paste and little bit of sesame oil. 3. Coat the soft boiled egg with flour. 4. Wrap the floured egg with kimchi fried rice. 5. Dip the kimchi freied rice soft boiled egg with flour, egg, and pankos twice. 6. Deep fry in 160 C oil for 2 minutes. 7.
