Ravi Koranga is a 23-year old illustrator and designer from India whose portfolio is full of various themes and styles. In one of his projects, the New Delhi-based artist turned words into logos with hidden meanings.

According to Ravi, he “does fall between font and illustrative design. For while creating the words, he designs completely new fonts for each. That translates into 180 unique typefaces. Meanwhile, he adds gentle illustrative touches that turn the word into a self-representative logo.”

The artist shares his work on his Instagram account where he has attracted over 4.3k followers and over hundreds of likes on each post.

He recently finished a challenge in which he was drawing one new logo every day for a full year. He explained why he did it: “The inspiration for the 365 day challenge came from trying to challenge myself to look at type and design from a different perspective. The challenge was just an outlet for my personal design thinking. And yes, I did manage to finish it without missing a day!”

We’ve listed some of our favorites below and you can check all 365, as well as his other works, on his Instagram page.
