]]> Resin pouring videos are always amazing to watch and are satisfying too. The application also looks easy, but it takes skill to craft a perfect resin mold. This artist has some of the most adorable resin molds and he shares videos of making them too.

The videos and picture shown were made by a London-based artist and sculptor, Ravn Cotino, as named on his Instagram account. The sculptor and artist specialize in making molds with resins.

From the videos displayed here, you can see how these resin castings are made. The sculptor starts with polishing the inside of each mold, using Mica pigment. He then pours resin into it, and when it is allowed to dry, it is then removed from its mold. At this point, the surface of this mold would have the taken up the mica pigment color.

This is really an amazing skill. See some of his pictures and videos in the gallery below.

Some of you might have noticed that I'm experimenting with the format of doing Instagram Lives, in which you guys can ask me questions directly about stuff! I'd like to become better at talking to a camera and becoming more comfortable with it, but I know I can't get better unless I just start practicing! My mom is coming over from Norway and we're going on a trip to Bath/Bristol, which will be cool! Despite having lived in England for 6 and a half years I haven't really ventured much outside of London!?? I've been pouring silicone moulds all morning my dudes! I released the new mini-kitty designs yesterday and so many of you have ordered one or the bundle! I'm humbled that you all enjoy these moulds so much and I am really looking forward to seeing everyone's creations with them! I'm perpetually behind on replying to 30-40 dm's these days, but I promise that I'm not ignoring any of you! I just wanted to explain why I might not have gotten back to you yet, I just have a lot to do and I'm wearing all the hats in my business ah!
