Resin pouring videos are always amazing to watch and are satisfying too. The application also looks easy, but it takes skill to craft a perfect resin mold. This artist has some of the most adorable resin molds and he shares videos of making them too.
The videos and picture shown were made by a London-based artist and sculptor, Ravn Cotino, as named on his Instagram account. The sculptor and artist specialize in making molds with resins.
From the videos displayed here, you can see how these resin castings are made. The sculptor starts with polishing the inside of each mold, using Mica pigment. He then pours resin into it, and when it is allowed to dry, it is then removed from its mold. At this point, the surface of this mold would have the taken up the mica pigment color.
