The post Realtor Organizes a Buyer Tour for TikToker’s House That’s Not for Sale appeared first on PlayJunkie.
]]>TikTok user @honeysmyguarddog recently uploaded a clip from her Ring camera that shows a real estate agent pulled up to her driveway. He rings a bell, but no one opens since the homeowners are at work and the kids are at school. Soon, potential buyers join the realtor, and together they start inspecting the outside of the house.
@honeysmyguarddog is watching this on her phone and activates the alarm. The group returns to the front, after which the realtor enters the house through the back door and lets others in. They spend around 20 minutes going through the rooms before walking out.
“Now, mind you, my dog is home. Apparently not a very good guard dog, but she’s home,” the TikToker user explains in a voice-over.
@honeysmyguarddog Had I not had a Ring camera I would never have know this happened at all!! #ringdoorbell #houseforsale #realestatescrewup ♬ Oh No – Kreepa
The original video, which already hit 17 million views, was followed by a part. 2 that shows the police arriving just in time to catch the realtor. The homeowner also comes shortly after, and the officers enter the house to check for stolen items.
@honeysmyguarddog Part 2 of the day the real estate agent showed my house even though it’s not for sale. #ringdoorbell #houseforsale #realestate ♬ Oh No – Kreepa
In a couple of subsequent videos, @honeysmyguarddog explains that the realtor apologized for his actions and explained it was all misunderstanding. According to his story, he was supposed to show the neighbor’s house, who told him to enter through the backdoor.
The TikTok user also added that the police said they could do nothing and that she would have to be satisfied with an apology.
