]]> Vadim Dvoeglazov is a Russian artist best known as dvglzv on Instagram where he has gathered more than 14,000 followers. Being a true Star Wars fan, he paid tribute to the series by creating vintage-looking comic book covers that sum up each of the episodes of The Mandalorian season 1.

“Since childhood, I was not indifferent to comics and Star Wars universe. I really love the retro aesthetics of comic books of the 50-80s. I can name Jack Kirby as my inspiration. I often use his drawing style for my work,” the artist shared with Bored Panda.

Went to see the new Star Wars movie this morning (at 9am, and the movie theatre was packed). Are you a Star Wars fan? Can you name all 4 characters? Anyone going to see Star Wars: Rise of the Skywalker on Dec 20th? I haven’t been to a movie theater in 5 years. I like to watch movies on demand in the comfort of my home (aka 🛋 🥔). I have seen all the Star Wars movies but I’m confused half the time…who, why, when, where, what 🤣. I couldn’t help but throw in baby Yoda from The Mandalorian tv series. Have you seen it? The tv commercial looks really good and who doesn’t like baby Yoda right? Decorations are fondant, royal icing, color dust, gel color and the spear is matcha green tea Pocky Sticks 😋. Who knew they would come in handy for these macarons. My usage of gel color for shading is questionable, I’m just not very good at painting nor do I have a good sense of light/depth perception 😆. PS. They are 3 inches in height just in case you’re wondering how big they are. . . . #마카롱
