]]>“Art is in my bones,” the artist wrote on her Facebook page. “By drawing artists, musicians and wildlife that inspire me, I love to see realism emerge. My work has been quietly gaining momentum and has received an acknowledgment from musicians whose portraits I have drawn.”
She creates her drawings using mainly pencils, however, lately she has been also exploring other mediums, like vibrant paintings and wall murals.
“I am currently expanding in my pencil work, diving into colored pencil and larger-scale drawings to challenge myself and grow as an artist,” she added.
Besides musicians, the artist draws pet portraits, as well. She loves including tiny details that allow her to “capture the essence of your beloved pets.

]]>Sultani doesn’t draw with pencils, but rather stacks them on each other on a flat surface in order to get the image he wants. He doesn’t make any altercations or interventions to the pencils and gets the most out of combining various colors or using erasing tips as a way to “paint a picture.”

]]>Chu Lee quickly started sharing his works on Instagram and quickly gained a big following on social media thanks to the fact that his works are detailed and inspired by pop culture. So far he recreated numerous famous cartoon characters on pencil tips including Mickey Mouse and Toy Story’s Buzz Lightyear as well as several iconic landmarks like Eiffel Tower and Great Wall of China.
“I find inspiration in the everyday objects around me.” – Chu Lee says. “I try to give my best every time because I never know if there is a next time. So I will push my limits to create something beyond your imagination.”

]]>“I saw a lot of people online making bowls out of colored pencils and I thought that was really cool but I wanted to make something that I can actually utilize and enjoy more so than a bowl when it’s finished,” he shares. “Since I play guitar, I thought this would be a cool project that would accomplish that goal. I decided on making a (Fender) Stratocaster styled electric guitar… This was the first guitar I’ve ever built”
“It was surprisingly not as difficult as I would have imagined,” this creative guy continued. “The only real struggles didn’t come as much with the actual guitar building as much as it did with the colored pencil material. By that I mean, the color of the colored pencil would smear when sanded with high grit sandpaper and it looked awful. So I had to figure out a way to achieve good wood/lead color without smear (which I detail in the video at the end of this post).”
