]]>“Rescuing a dog can be one of the hardest, but most rewarding things you can ever do with your life,” admitted his owner, Bella, in an interview with helloBARK! Through her online platfor, she hopes to dispel the myths surrounding Bull Terriers, as well as encourage others to adopt instead of shop.
“Make sure you’re doing it for the right reasons,” she stresses, “dogs aren’t a toy, or a short term accessory, but a 10-15 year commitment that will require your full attention, love, and patience. Rescue dogs are so forgiving and loving, but can also be fragile. Be patient with them, and make sure they know you’re there to help them.”
According to Bella, though her family was hesitant at first, Baloo ended up being an incredibly socialized and intelligent dog. Specializes in napping all day, burping, and farting simultaneously, he’s also a huge goofball. “I was so lucky to have found my perfect dog and soulmate at a shelter right down the road!” says Bella.

]]>Most famous for his horn-rimmed glasses, Remix is the Dumbledore of Dogdom and the beard to the hipster. He’s also a frequent flyer, having traveled around the globe, anywhere from Israel to Puerto Rico.
“His collection of Hawaiian shirts work well in the Miami weather,” reflected his owner, Chris Ha, in an interview with Django. “He is sort of known for sporting sunglasses. When I put them on his head, he freezes in place, which is actually perfect for taking photos.”
But according to Ha, Remix (like most fashion divas) is also kind of a diva, in terms of attitude: “Remix is super grumpy,” admits Ha. “His nickname is ‘Grumpy Pup’ because he makes this grumbling sound whenever he is doing anything. When I want him to do something, it always has to be on his own terms. Though he is always attached to us in some way and needs to cuddle.”

“Our page displays the daily life of Tydus and our African Grey Congo, Trez, Creating a blog type feel to it through the lens of our animals,” write their owners on the pets’ dedicated web page (you didn’t think these two wouldn’t have their own webpage right?). “This method has proven to be successful as many people have come to know the attitude and personality of both Trez and Tydus,” they write. “We believe this aspect is what makes our page so special and engaging. We also promote good and healthy animal care in a very informative manner. Today, our influence and followers continue to expand to new horizons.”
They add that Tydus’ coat requires a lot of care as it matts if left unattended for too long. “He has a large stature complimented with a big chest which is often overwhelming for people, not to mention all that fur makes him look bigger,” they say. His parrot buddy, on the other hand, is said to be highly intelligent, often telling Tydus to “stop it” and occasionally complimenting him with a “Good Boy Tydus.”

]]>The adorable pooch goes for a walk to the local park every day with his owner Bret Mortimer and is absolutely thrilled every time they go outside. But on that specific weekend, Mortimer decided to take Fritz to the vet to have his teeth checked. “I set an appointment to get them cleaned because he’s my best friend and I want him to live as long as he can”, Mortimer told The Dodo.
When he got into the car, Fritz though he was going to the park as usual, but he was in for a big surprise. The dog wasn’t thrilled by this visit and when Mortimer came to pick him up later, Fritz gave her a cold shoulder.
Mortimer recorded on video how her dog wouldn’t even look at her while they were going home. Fortunately, as soon as they arrived home, Fritz was back to his old self. Although, he was a bit suspicious when Mortimer wanted to take him for a walk the next day…

Charice adopted this adorable two-year-old dog after seeing an add on the Internet.
“I saw a post on Facebook that said that Lucky needs to find a new home. When I saw his face, I immediately knew I wanted him so I contacted the owner to adopt him. I was surprised by his appearance but I thought he is perfect and very unique,” Lucky’s owner told Bored Panda.
Three weeks ago Charice shared Lucky’s photos online and she was blown away by the feedback they’ve received. People immediately fell in love with Lucky and we can already guess that he’s going to take over Instagram very soon.

Each of his photos is uploaded with a funny caption and with a trending Instagram, Facebook and Youtube page, he naturally, has his own merch.
Corgis make for excellent pets. Although these dogs have been favored by British royalty for more than seventy years, among the British public they have recently fallen into decline in terms of popularity and demand.
However, they remain very popular in the United States, where cities such as New York, Boston, and Los Angeles hold annual “Corgi Meetups,” in which hundreds of dogs and their owners congregate to spend the day.
