Bertram the Pomeranian seems to have it all. Living in NYC, he works side by side with his owner, art gallery owner Kathy Grayson, rocking his cute bow ties and getting all the attention a respected puppy deserves.
But sadly, the Instagram star had a rough start. When he was only 5 months old, Bertram’s dog breeder abandoned him, with the reason being him “too big to sell”. It was then that Grayson saw him on a pet adoption site and brought him to New York.
“Bert is a wonderful guy and makes people happy, the Internet and social media are built for cute animals, people need an antidote to all the nastiness,” said the lucky pet owner in an interview with Bored Panda
“I gave him his own Instagram as he was taking over my art gallery page! I need to post paintings and people just wanted to see Bert. I love when people come to the art gallery to see Bertie or when they bring their dogs to meet Bertie,” she added.
