While you have probably encountered glass insects before, the ones from glass sculptor Wesley Fleming are really something special. Fleming manages to create insects with so many details that you could easily mistake them for the living things. He doesn’t only gets the body right, but also the size, and most of his works are so small that you can balance them on the tip of the finger.
Fleming is working with glass for the past 15 years and has developed his skills working on all parts of the globe including prestigious MIT Glass Lab. It didn’t take him much to start developing his own technique, which helps him create such impressive works.
