Drinking a cup of coffee or tea at a cozy cafe while looking at the rain pouring outside is incredibly satisfying. But thanks to Rain Report café in Seoul, South Korea, you don’t have to wait for rainy days to enjoy this feeling anymore. In their establishment, every day is a rainy day or, at least, a simulation of it.
Rain Report is entirely based on the rainy day café experience. Besides having a menu inspired by the shapes and colors of clouds, storms, and rainbows, this café also recreates the rainy day fell with screens that project rainy weather paired with occasional sounds of thunders and rain showers. However, this is only the beginning.
The customers can also go walk in the rain outside the café regardless of the weather. This is thanks to the rain shower simulation that takes place every 15 minutes. The café even provides umbrellas and raincoats for those who want to have some fun or just take a cool photo for Instagram.
Occasionally, the Rain Report café also takes a winter disguise with snow-themed installations.
