Talented Russian painter Eugeniya Dudnikova was recently inspired by the landscapes that surrounded her and decided to use trees as a canvas for her paintings. Her project, titled “Painting on Trees,” has Dudnikova visiting parks and forests and painting directly onto the trunk of the trees. This project resulted in highly intriguing art pieces that give a whole new dimension to the street and outdoor art.
Dudnikova herself likes to refer to these artworks as “augmented reality” that “complement the environment” and create “intriguing narratives.”
