The Happy Kid is an Instagram diary owned by a family of three who is traveling the world. Alina, a finance professional, Andrei, an entrepreneur by nature, and a dentist by profession, and their three-year-old son Eric. The family has left all to become full-time travelers.
“We realized that life means much more than a pay-check, performance evaluations and happy customers,” they wrote on their website. “We got to know the simple way of living, the small things that make you happy, the joy of living each day to the fullest. In our research on how to have a happy kid, we also found the kids within us, buried deep in our souls by deadlines and social norms, who wanted to escape, be happy, be free… So we took a break from our ‘normal’ busy lives to focus more on a new beginning in three.”
Together, they visited 24 countries all around the world.
