Michael Pederson is a visual artist who has an unusual way of expressing his creativity and entertaining people. Pederson does miniature and humorous interventions in his hometown of Sidney, Australia and other cities he visits.
Under the moniker Miguel Marquez Outside, Pederson installs warning signs, makes construction sites, and posts announcements. The beauty of his work is that it’s done on a smaller scale and often goes unnoticed by many passersby. However, once someone does spot it, it turns into an attraction.
As part of this unusual project, Pederson realized many cool ideas. This includes handing out plaques for Urban Weed Awards, renting holes, and posting helpful signs about the anxiety of ants.
