Instagram user tatimoons has come up with creative versions of our favorite cartoon characters. She adds a modern twist which makes them more relatable. Some of the characters are given a defiant personality, and she uses subtle messages to pass this across to her viewers.
For instance, her rendition of sleeping beauty wears modern clothes, and she added a defiant statement which prohibited anybody from kissing her while she was asleep. Also, Cinderella wears a shirt that says she’s not a housemaid.
Aside from passing a strong message, these images are simply amazing. They help satisfy our fantasies about what those characters would have looked like if they were actual human characters.
