The first trailer for Sonic the Hedgehog live-action movie was presented recently, and it’s safe to say that fans are not happy with the way Sonic turned out. The design of the iconic character was heavily criticized since the clip was released including his new human-like teeth and muscular calves making Sonic look nothing like the source material.

As it turns out, making the live-action Sonic the Hedgehog look more like his video-games and cartoon version wasn’t all that difficult. Artists from around the world rallied and showed fans their own designs that represent everything we love about the character but also make it fit for the big screen.
