Let us introduce you to Betty, an adorable dog who was born under a lucky star! She was only 10 days old when she was found on the streets of Bratsk, Russia and had been taken to a local shelter. This dog is very special for a beautiful reason; her unique looks. Betty was born with a pair of dark eyebrows.
“Her eyebrows are her birthmarks
from her mom and dad,” her owner Oksana told Bored Panda. “The skin where the eyebrows are is darker than
everywhere else. So nature decided it.”
The people from the shelter thought someone drew the eyebrows, but when they tried to clean them, they realized they are real. And because of her unique features, she was named Frida in honor of the well-known Mexican painter, Frida Kahlo. Soon, the doggo found her forever home.
“I saw her in the photo on the
shelter’s website and fell in love,” Oksana added. “Many people called to pick
her up but when they saw her, they refused. When I saw her, I cried. And when I
picked her up, she immediately fell asleep, and again I cried with happiness.”
