Chef Makes a Giant 25-Pound Ramen Bowl for a Sumo Wrestler

Are you one of those people who think all food should come in giant portions? Well, then you’ll just love what food-based YouTube channel Tasty did.

Tasty producer Alvin Zhou always wanted to cook for a sumo wrestler but didn’t have that opportunity until he recently met 2-time World Sumo Champion Yama. Zhou decided to seize the opportunity and male a giant meal of Yama’s choice. He ended up choosing ramen, which put the chef’s skills to a real test.

Zhou invited some backup and got to work immediately, trying to replicate look and taste of regular-size ramen on a much larger scale. He estimated that he would end up with a giant ramen bow will be “20 times the size of a normal bowl of ramen.”
