Staging a scenario wherein a father named Omar tried to DIY his way into viral infamy, the smiling construction worker managed to get hundreds of thousands of followers on Instagram before it was revealed that everything was all part of an elaborate marketing tactic to raise awareness of the coffee brand.
We don’t really know if it worked, mostly because we don’t have the sales numbers. But, if you take a look at just how quickly the entire thing went viral, we have to say, whoever came up with the idea definitely deserves a raise if not a promotion.
