Éclairs probably aren’t the first pastry that pops into your mind when someone mentions the term food art but one food blogger from Ukraine is putting them on the map through her Instagram page Art Eclair.
This delicious pastry originates from France, and it generally consists of choux dough filled with a cream and topped with chocolate icing. Natali Gerasimchuk, the founder of Art Éclair, decided to take things to a whole new level by experimenting with all kinds of delicious toppings.
The Éclairs sold at her shop look like tiny works of art, a unique sweet masterpiece you can’t find anywhere else. Their tenderness, sophistication, and brightness make them one of Kyiv’s must-try desserts, and you can choose between a bunch of different options, depending on what kind of toppings you enjoy.
The shop has everything from Oreos and Sneakers, to strawberries and caramel on the menu, and you won’t go wrong no matter which combo you pick. If you don’t see yourself going to Kyiv anytime soon, you will have to settle for feasting your eyes by following @eclair_littleartwork on Instagram.
