Get ready to meet Jill – the 7-year-old squirrel who is taking the internet by storm. This adorable creature garnered more than 700k followers on Instagram so far, and we’re sure that this number will grow in the future.
Back in 2012, Jill fell out of her nest during Hurricane Isaac, but fortunately her future owners found her and took the furry rodent home. This was supposed to be a temporary solution until they could find a permanent home for the squirrel. You can already guess that this didn’t happen, as the family fell in love with their new pet and they couldn’t give her up.
Jill is now enjoying her life to the fullest while being spoiled by her family. They are inseparable and the squirrel even loves traveling with her owners. “Jill has come with me on vacation ever since I began caring for her—before she was even a year old. She is a pro at long drives”, her owner said.
