Ever dreamt about owning a Lamborghini, but the price was too steep for you? Well, now you can own one for $1,499.95. The only downside? You won’t be driving an Italian supercar but riding a snowboard.
Lamborghini recently joined forces with Austrian snowboard maker CAPiTA and snowboard bindings producer Union Binding Company to design and create a snowboard and accompanying bindings.
CAPiTA Warpspeed Automobili Lamborghini snowboard is a lightweight snowboard with megacarbon layup that dons a purple colorway and features a sleek design that evokes the clear contours, elegance and stylishness of Lamborghini cars. Of course, there is an accompanying Lamborghini badge situated at the top of the board.
The bindings are a variation of Union’s Falcor model and also come with the Lamborghini logo.
“This collaboration blends Automobili Lamborghini’s unparalleled heritage of performance and aesthetics with Capita’s 100% clean energy snowboard manufacturing and Union’s relentless pursuit of performance-driven snowboard bindings,” the companies stated in a press release.
CAPiTA Warpspeed Automobili Lamborghini snowboard retails for $1,499.95, while the Union Falcor Automobili Lamborghini bindings come at a cost of $499.95. Both products are available only in limited quantities and are currently sold out online. However, you might have a chance to still grab them with authorized dealers.
