When we were growing up we all wanted to be Disney princesses; they’re so glamours and their makeup and outfits were always on point. Many of us are still waiting for our prince charming to sweep us off our feet. Makeup artist LaĆs Cordeiro Rosa took this dream and made it a reality; she creates Disney-inspired makeup looks.
How did she start creating Dinsey-inspired makeup? Rosa told Bored Panda, āI love Disney and drawings in general! I use the colors of the characters and their characteristics. For example, the villains I always try to make the make-up darker.ā
Rosa goes beyond copying the outward appearances of the Disney Princesses, she designs based on the character’s personality and their best features. “For a character like Ursula (The Little Mermaid), I focus on dark colors and marked shapes. I think the right color is the most important and also the hardest. I haven’t done the Cinderella makeup yet because I haven’t found the right blue yet,ā she told Bored Panda.
