Sabrina Lone is a full-time working mom who loves to draw comics. Due to her busy schedule, she mostly does her art while on the bus or train. According to Sabrina, it helps her to channel her pregnancy, new motherhood and baby moments into cartoons. She made up two characters based on herself and her friend.
“You might ask yourself why I don’t only draw the blonde character since that one resembles me. Well, I created those two fictional girls (Debi and Bebi) based on my friend and me”, Sabrina shared on Bored Panda. “She is Pakistani and I am German. I continue to always draw both because I want my daughter, who is half Pakistani, to grow up and see cartoons and characters that reflect her as well.”
