Lilla Bessenyei describes herself as a pharmacist, a self-taught photographer, a weight loss expert, a model, a tech geek and probably a philosopher who loves capturing and sharing food photos. Also known as drlillabee on Instagram, Bessenyei fell in love with food photography a few years back.

“Love has always been one of my obsessions and I’ve decided to merge these two,” the photographer shared on Bored Panda. “Food and love both make us happy and I want to show people that food is not your enemy. Healthy food can look amazing and taste delicious. Eating healthy is a form of self-love, people should do it more often.”

Spicy orange oatmeal.? It's very simple to make. Just soak the oats with some orange juice overnight, add warm spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, or others you like), add fresh orange slices. You can enhance with some vanilla extract or extra dates. Oats are great for the immune system, they can also decrease acne. My Mom and brother cook oatmeal often. I just don't like it cooked in water… When I eat it raw, it's way more creamy and tastier. What do you prefer: cooked or overnight oats?? Piña colada oatmeal.? Or piña oalada…????? Coconuts and pineapples are match made in Heaven. I'm crazy about this combo since I've tasted an alcohol-free version of the drink.?????? I don't drink alcohol. I haven't drunk any for 10+ years and I don't miss it. Back to the oats, I mixed 0.5 l of oat yogurt with 6 dates, added some vanilla and maca. 1 tbsp of coconut milk powder. Blended together. Poured it on 2 cups of oats. Mixed it and let it sit overnight. The next day I added some fresh pineapple slices. You can use more dates if you like it sweeter. Enjoy!? Brekky vibes this morning.? Hormonal Balancing Hot Chocolate, Probiotic PB cookies. Some of them was #rawvegan , the other was a bit baked in the oven.
