Nothing can change your appearance as quickly as a new hairstyle can. A talented stylist from Tokyo, Shou Otsuki, proves this with amazing transformation videos on his Instagram page.

Nearly 45,000 people follow Otsuki for the hairstyle transformations he regularly posts on Instagram. The short videos show the before and after hairstyle of his clients and we can clearly see them looking and feeling much better in the “after” shot.
