Baby Chanco from Japan was born with a head full of hair. She gained internet fame in December 2017 because of her luscious dark locks which many people find incredibly beautiful and extraordinary for a baby.
Thanks to her mother Mami Kano, this adorable baby won the hearts of social media with over 380k followers on Instagram. Today, her fame is taking her to a new adventure – being the new face of Pantene Japan!
“We feel [Chanco’s] beautiful hair has strong power that makes people positively move forward,” Yoshiaki Okura, P&G Japan Hair Care Associate Brand Director, told People.
Baby Chanco made her official Pantene debut last January 7 alongside TV announcer, Sato Kondo, who was admired for her natural gray hair, in a new ad campaign that geared towards women who “want to be positive and make a new start through their hair,” Okura said.
Besides her Pantene Japan ad, Chanco starred in her own digital short film called “The Hairy Tale.”
