Sam Octigan, a visual artist living and working in Melbourne, Australia, creates art by painting on canvases. From a young age, the artist was fascinated by the visual image and its connection to humans. His current work “seeks to delve deeper into the alchemy of what makes an arresting image to an audience, while exploring his own personal interests in memory, history, growth, home and truth” – as he wrote on his CV.
In addition to exhibiting many times in Australia and abroad, his paintings have also been published in media worldwide, such as Ammo Magazine, Lost At E Minor, The Thousands, Booooooom, Supersonic Electronic, etc.
