Artist Gives Life to Subway with Colorful Monsters

Brooklyn based artist Ben Rubin found a fun way to liven up the Brooklyn Metro by drawing colorful monsters. Rubin is also a creative director working at Mint Farm. After his busy day at work, Ben allows his alter ego to come out and play. He named this hairy, horned three-eyed creature, the Subway Doodle.

The Brooklyn based artist started drawing these furry monsters since 2011 on his iPad. He used it to pass time during his commute from Brooklyn to Manhattan. His art is mainly focused around the subway in New York as the name suggest. However, it extends into the busy city. Presently, Subway Doodle has gotten more than 157k Instagram followers. Surely, you will become a fan after seeing some of his work.
