Greek visual artist, Gregory Grozos, has been making miniature artworks for years now. Then he took the next level by creating miniatures that are actually practical, such as old pocket watches and pendants.
His miniature worlds can be categorized as whimsical, steampunk, and fantastical in style. Grozos tries to create his work as intricate and complete as possible, and his tiny creations or oddly lifelike.
“I pay a lot of attention to fine detail, trying to bring to a harmonious combination many tiny bits and materials that come from a variety of unlikely sources,” he writes on his website.
Grozos hopes that others will be inspired by his art. “I believe that art is a field of human culture, which has tremendous power in affecting people,” he says. “So I try to bring out what is positive, bright and wholesome in my art, making it into something that can benefit, inspire and help others.”
