Mary Nicola is a 20-year-old comic artist and illustrator who introduces herself as a sarcastic girl who drinks too much iced-coffee and is very tall. The Romanian freelancer created a hilarious webcomic about daily things, anxiety, and the struggles of being a tall girl.
“Being tall is pretty awesome. Being 6-feet-tall has some advantages but besides all of them, most situations are literally awkward. For me, having a short best friend is one of them,” the artist wrote on Bored Panda.
She creates her artwork digitally and shares them on Instagram where she has attracted more than 59,000 followers. Currently, Nicola is accepting commissions and draws icons, half body and full body images of her clients.
