Just last year, Ryan Reynolds fell victim to an ugly sweater prank from actors Hugh Jackman and Jake Gyllenhaal. The actors invited Reynolds to a holiday party and they told him everyone would be dressed in ugly Christmas sweaters. When Reynolds arrived to the party, he was shocked to see that he was the only one wearing an ugly sweater.
We thought we heard the end of the ugly sweater saga until a year later Reynolds announced on his Instagram that the sweater was returning for a good cause. This holiday season Jackman can be seen wearing said sweater and Reynold shared an animated video detailing the story of the sweater.
Reynolds partnered with the SickKids Foundation to send a ton of sweaters to sick kids and he’s fundraising for the organization. In the video, he says that he’ll match any amount raised before Christmas.
