It’s not easy being an artist these days – you have to find a way to share your message and be unique and easy to remember. So how about a raccoon as the main character? It certainly works for Carissa Kaye Powell.
This Texas-based artist nicknamed Simkaye draws Coon, a raccoon that shares the thoughts with many adults. “After a few friends and coworkers likened me to a raccoon, I began drawing Coon to document my internal dialogue and domestic misadventures,” the artist shared.
