You Need to See Michael Moccia’s Illustrations on Receipts

For a true artist, anything can be a canvas. Michael Moccia is not a stranger to painting on odd surfaces, such as sales receipts and dictionary pages.

The Italian-based artist believes in having a unique style so that’s what he’s been practicing his whole life. He draws inspiration from hyperrealism paintings that gave him the motivation to experiment more.

“I started drawing at the age of two. At the age of three I knew how to draw perspective and, shortly after, movement,” this talented artist explains.

We’re glad he never stopped pursuing his passion because we now get to enjoy the art he creates!
