Artist Paints Trees at Night to Represent New Beginnings

Artist Adam S Doyle says that he always begins his work with a “love for the magic of creation.” When making his art, he uses oil paint and wants his marks to be visible.

Being a passionate camper and hiker, he is mostly inspired by discovery, nature, energy, sociology, mythology, and the realms in-between. Recently, he surprised his fans with a series of nightfall trees.

“The sentiment for the series also has to do with the season. Fall is often associated with colorful foliage, which is best seen during the day,” the artist shared on Bored Panda. “But fall is also a season about transition; heading in for the long nights and bone-chilling cold. These paintings reflect on being ready for what’s to come and like the trees knowing we’ll get through it. There will be blossoming once again in the spring.”

Besides doing his paintings, Doyle also illustrates books and book covers. He also enjoys crafting images for card games, greeting cards, album covers, theater and concert posters, etc.
