When someone has a vivid imagination, he doesn’t need much to turn everyday objects into fun, quirky sculptures. This is true for French artist Gilbert Legrand who uses the most basic items as a starting point for his drawings that never fail to amaze us.

According to his website, Legrand is currently splitting his creative energy between two activities. He works as a graphic designer by day and creates these charming doodles in his spare time.

He is an experienced artist who’s had numerous exhibits across France over the last 15 years. You can learn more about his projects on his website but, for now, scroll down to see the doodles you’re here for.
