Malaysian Artist Illustrates Her Cat’s Attitude

Cats are usually funny and they do the most hilarious things. They are often lazy, and love to sleep all day, but they are also known for having an attitude. That is why felines are the perfect candidates for getting a main role in a comic.

Olive Yong thought the same. She is a Malaysian self-taught artist and a cat owner who makes illustrations about her furry friend Mao and her feline friends’ daily random adventures.

“I create tons of funny and relatable short comics, quote series, animated songs and illustrations about cats,” she wrote on Bored Panda.

She began illustrating her cat’s attitude which brought her more than 65,400 Instagram followers. “The motivation that keeps me drawing is that I want to spread positive energy to people in a funny and cute way.”
